Telebam (“Service”, “we”, “us”) is a software-as-a-service platform that automates the creation of Telegram group chats. Users generate shareable links that, when clicked by a visitor, instantly create a new Telegram group populated with the user’s pre-configured team members.
To use Telebam you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have a valid Telegram account; and (c) provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Telebam offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard settings.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. By subscribing to a paid plan you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telebam and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Telebam in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Telebam integrates with third-party services including Telegram, Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or policies of these services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability and governing law) shall survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.
