When you share a Telegram invite link, anyone can join. Great for community growth — terrible if you're running a high-touch sales funnel, paid course, or B2B pipeline. You want some friction, some qualification, some way to know who's about to land in your group.

Today, operators hack around this with manual approval queues, separate landing pages, or third-party form tools that don't connect back to Telegram. The friction kills conversion, and the data lives in five different places.

How Telebam solves it

Telebam's lead capture layer (in private beta) lets you add a form to any invite link — email, phone, company, custom fields. Submissions are stored against the resulting group join, with full export to your CRM. The user fills out the form, taps Join, and lands in a group with your team and bot already there.

Custom form fields

Email, phone, company, role, free text, dropdowns — configure the form per link to match your qualification criteria.

Conditional access

Only let users into the group if they meet your criteria. 'Company size > 50' → join. Otherwise, redirect to a sales page.

CRM sync

Form submissions flow to HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, or any webhook. The lead is enriched with UTM source and timestamp.

Anti-spam protection

Built-in CAPTCHA + email verification stop bot signups from polluting your group.

Yes. Adding a form is a per-link toggle — flip it on for the campaigns where qualification matters, leave it off for high-volume top-of-funnel.

Can I redirect unqualified leads instead of letting them join?

Yes. Set qualification rules per field; failed leads see a configurable redirect page (e.g., your pricing page or a 'book a call' Calendly).
